The Board will be considering 2024 rates during the October, November and December 2023 Board Meetings.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District for the ensuing 2024 year. A copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District, where the same is open for public inspection. A public hearing is scheduled at a regular meeting of the Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District to be held at 2325 S. Wabash St, Denver, CO on November 21, 2023 at 6:00 pm. Filing or registering any objections thereto may be done at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
